How to Change Your Facebook Live Thumbnail in 2021
When you learn how to do this it is life changing! Well maybe not, but it is very satisfying.
The best part is, it’s easy once you know how to do it.
Here’s how:
1. Go to your FaceBook Page
2. Click on Videos
3. In the menu options, click to Edit Post to edit the video you want to change
4. Click the Video Options button that appears on your video still frame
5. Scroll down, then click Change Thumbnail
6. You have three options, Choose Suggested (these suck), Upload, or Choose from Video
7. If you click Choose from Video, you can scroll through your video until you find a frame that works
Now with PICTURES
1. Go to your FaceBook Page
2. Click on VIDEOS
3. In the menu options, click Edit Post to edit the video you want to change
4. Click the Video Options button that appears on your video still frame
5. Scroll down, then click Change Thumbnail
6. You have three options, Choose Suggested (these suck), Upload, or Choose from Video
7. If you click Choose from Video, you can scroll through your video until you find a frame that works
That’s it! Click save and you are all done. It may take a minute to update. Just keep refreshing to make sure it worked!

I absolutely love them!
Water Trackerz are colored bands that go on your water bottle to track your water intake. Place all of the bands on your bottle with the base color facing outward. When you drink a full bottle, flip a band to show the color on the opposite side. The goal is to flip more bands!
